Patrick serves as CRI’s Chief Legal Officer, providing strategic counsel to executive leadership and overseeing all legal and risk-related matters impacting the firm. His responsibilities span internal governance, litigation, professional liability, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and enterprise risk management.
Before joining CRI, Patrick served as General Counsel at another large accounting firm. Earlier in his career, he was a litigator at two prominent New York City law firms. He also clerked for the Honorable Joseph M. McLaughlin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
