He assists clients with all aspects of operations including cash flow management, financial statement preparation, tax preparation, and Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement. Bart also provides audit*, review, and compilation services to for-profit, not-for profit, governmental hospital boards, and HUD financed and insured project audits.
